About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and internal team communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • A proactive, independent mindset with a “can-do” attitude
  • Commitment to excellence in customer interactions
  • Experience working under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems—SAP preferred; AS400, JD Edwards, or Great Plains also valued
  • Knowledge of export procedures is a plus.
