About the role
- Manage the full talent acquisition process and end to end process of onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs.
- Maintain the HRIS/ATS and provide analytics, insights to make robust people and business decisions.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and background checks to ensure the right fit for both the role and the company.
Requirements
- NQF Level 7 Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar.
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in manufacturing).
- Experience in HR Dashboards, advanced MS Excel and in-depth reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of HR Risk and Compliance, managing HRIS including HR Policies and procedures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data.
