About the role
- Primary responsibility for the preparation process of annual, half-year, and interim reports
- Development and maintenance of the equity story, investor presentation, and report texts
- Organization and execution of investor relations events (conferences, roadshows, investor days, and the annual general meeting)
- Direct communication with international investors and analysts
- Ensuring compliance with capital market reporting obligations
- Analysis of share performance, investor structure, and competitor intelligence
- Maintenance of the IR website and digital communications
Requirements
- Degree in economics, finance, or a comparable field
- Experience in investor relations and a strong affinity for capital markets
- Excellent communication skills and proven organizational talent
- Quick comprehension and strong analytical abilities
- Independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
