About the role
- Manage the development and implementation of strategic procurement strategies
- Develop, communicate and implement comprehensive category strategies
- Ensure projects deliver on risk, quality, cost and other value drivers while working with cross-functional teams
- Develop and continually update market intelligence on key suppliers and market solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a strategic sourcing role
- Proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic sourcing experience
- Knowledge of the electrical construction trade is beneficial, but not required
