About the role
- An EPC Preconstruction Manager will be the leader of a cross functional team created to support a project from the inception of a pursuit.
- The EPC Preconstruction Manager will work closely with the Project Executive and Project Manager for development of the Contract Agreements.
- Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners and clients.
- Oversees the engineering design schedule and organizes teams to meet necessary project deliverables.
- Supports Project Executive and Project Manager in the development of necessary Contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination.
- Travel: 15-25%.
