About the role
- Generate business and manage electrical/specialty systems construction projects
- Oversee staff and ensure projects are completed safely and profitably
- Identify and generate new business
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Work with vendors for material coordination
- Conduct employee performance reviews and coach for growth
- Review outgoing estimates for accuracy.
- Visit various job sites and ensure proper job progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in the electrical field
- 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred
- Willingness to travel 50-100%.
