Develop and manage budgets for cyber programs using DoD and industry standards.
Serve as the liaison between FTI, technical teams, government agencies, and customers.
Lead program deliverables, status reports, and review meetings.
Identify new opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
Build and lead high-performing teams.
Requirements
Active DoD Top Secret clearance, with eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of proven program management experience within DoD cyber or related mission domains.
Deep understanding of cyber resilience, mission assurance, and emerging threats.
Proven track record managing complex cybersecurity projects with cross-functional, geographically diverse teams.
Experience as a P&L Lead using financial management tools like Earned Value Management (EVM).
Skilled in managing multi-vendor environments and multi-task contracts.
PMP Certification is highly desired.
Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
Familiarity with Agile development (SAFe) and a strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts.
Strong critical thinking skills to translate technical data into actionable plans.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
