About the role
- Lead and manage engagements, partnering with clients to understand their requirements and challenges, and identify AI use cases and opportunities
- Create AI strategies and run maturity assessments for clients
- Design and architect AI solutions using established processes and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in AI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, integrated AI solutions that meet client needs
- Communicate and present the results and insights of AI solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the strategic development of our AI strategy and capability
- Drive thought leadership and innovation across FSP and our clients, staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI
- Be a proponent of the principles and best practices of responsible AI
Requirements
- At least 3 years of client facing experience working and leading on AI-led initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
- Strong AI technical knowledge in AI solution providers’ services including, but not limited to Microsoft, AWS, Google, Open AI etc
- Skilled in using different techniques and tools to design and communicate AI narratives
- Experience in using generative AI and LLM tools and frameworks
- Experience in data analysis and machine learning programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, Java etc
- AI consultancy experience supporting presales and bids
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including at C-suite level
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams
- Varied experience across a range of sectors and industries
