• Develop and lead Frontier's enterprise workforce planning and resource strategy
• Forecast staffing demand using business pipeline, project plans, utilization trends, and growth objectives
• Partner with executive leaders to prioritize staffing decisions, resolve resource constraints, and optimize workforce utilization
• Monitor workforce capacity, utilization, and organizational performance to anticipate hiring, development, and succession needs
• Develop executive dashboards, workforce forecasts, and strategic recommendations that support business decisions
• Collaborate with People Leaders to identify skill gaps, strengthen organizational capability, and build succession pipelines
• Establish scalable workforce planning processes, standards, and reporting that improve operational efficiency and delivery performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and organizational responsiveness
