About the role
- You partner closely with our B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that support their business goals and drive longterm growth.
- You configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet complex client requirements, ensuring scalable setups and seamless integrations with other tools and platforms.
- You manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and strong governance.
- You analyze lifecycle and customer interaction data, translating insights into strategic recommendations and impactful optimizations.
- You design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to improve efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
- You generate comprehensive reports and insights to assist clients in data-driven decision-making.
- You conduct training sessions for clients on using HubSpot CRM and provide ongoing support to optimize their CRM usage.
Requirements
- You have at least 4–5 years of professional experience in CRM with a strong B2B focus and proven success in managing complex CRM initiatives.
- You have strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, with a deep understanding of its features, customization options, and integration capabilities to build scalable CRM solutions.
- You excel at developing CRM strategies that align with diverse client needs and business goals, ensuring scalable and highquality execution.
- You are proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to monitoring CRM initiatives.
- You bring a strong customercentric mindset and set high standards for service quality, ensuring client needs are understood, met, and proactively supported.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, stakeholder alignment, and training sessions in English - German is a plus.
- You have a strong aptitude for identifying challenges within CRM systems or strategies and devising effective solutions.
