About the role
- Lead and manage fritz-kola’s business and operations across the BeNeLux region, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Develop and implement a clear regional growth strategy, delivering strong double-digit year-on-year growth over the coming years
- Hold full P&L responsibility, steering financial performance, budget control, and long-term profitability
- Build a strong and growth driven cooperation with our local Distribution Partners while continuously assess and optimize the Route-to-Market model and operational setup to maximize efficiency and impact
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, acquire key customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Work in close alignment with cross-functional teams (Brand & Trade Marketing, People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee local implementation of the marketing strategy and ensure strong brand presence in the market
- Monitor and report key business KPIs, analyze competitors, review cost structures, and adapt pricing and action plans to strengthen market position
Requirements
- Track record of senior management roles successfully managing entire business units and implementing growth strategies
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of sales or marketing in the consumer, preferably in the (food and) beverage industry
- A solid experience of Team leadership will be necessary for this role
- Cross-functional experience (Marketing, Finance, Operations) is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word
- Fluent in the local language as well as English
