About the role

  • Administrative support to ensure material availability, including data maintenance, status checks, and processing of order confirmations and delivery notes
  • Monitoring of material inventories, identifying discrepancies and forwarding them to the responsible contacts
  • Support in communication with suppliers and internal coordination with Planning, Quality Management, Ramp/Receiving and Purchasing
  • Maintenance and updating of material-related master data in SAP, performing basic system postings and monitoring system messages
  • Reviewing and processing incoming invoices, clarifying simple queries and ensuring a smooth invoicing flow

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training with further education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production Management
  • Experience in administrative tasks; ideally in logistics, materials management or purchasing
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (MM module) is an advantage
