About the role
- Develop new formulations and refine existing formulations in close collaboration with Marketing and Portfolio Management
- Manage projects from concept to implementation at our bottling sites
- Produce development samples in our sample lab
- Coordinate and conduct sensory tests with our sensory panel
- Onboard new bottling partners on behalf of Product Development
- Ensure compliance with food regulatory requirements during product development
- Monitor manufacturability of new formulations with respect to capacities, raw material supply and quality specifications
- Maintain close coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality Management
- Further develop procedures and ensure cross-departmental adherence to product development processes
Requirements
- Degree in beverage technology, food technology, nutritional science (Ökotrophologie) or a comparable field
- Experience in sample production/laboratory work and sensory analysis
- At least 2 years' professional experience in product development in the food industry
- Knowledge of food quality management, including common quality standards
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken
