About the role
- Deputise for the day-to-day operational management of the restaurant
- Lead and develop a young team
- Set quality and service objectives
- Actively participate in daily operations
- Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budget planning
- Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs
- Conduct interviews and select new staff
- Deliver staff training
Requirements
- Several years' experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Good German language skills — at least C1 level
- Experience in leading teams
- You are both a motivator and a point of contact for staff
- An eye for talent
