About the role

- You are both host and leader: present on site, approachable for your team, and actively involved in the action
- You develop your team through regular feedback, training, team meetings, and a good eye for individual strengths
- You create schedules, manage inventory and procurement, and keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the budget
- You ensure smooth operations and pitch in yourself — whether at the fryer, during goods receiving, or in guest interactions
- You hire new team members and provide a respectful, motivating onboarding process
- You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards — with great attention to detail and clear procedures
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry — preferably already in a leadership role, e.g., as a team leader or assistant manager
