Manager

• Own delivery for a platform that manages appointments at government service locations worldwide
• Keep a distributed team moving, protecting sprint velocity
• Manage relationships with government Contracting Officer's Representatives
• Prepare and submit required contract deliverables on time: Program Management Plan, Weekly Activity Reports, Monthly Contract Status Reports, Transition-In Plan
• Run agile ceremonies and keep the backlog healthy in coordination with the Product Manager
• Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across three teaming partners
• Coordinate security clearance onboarding for all personnel
• Serve as the day-to-day escalation point between the contractor team and government stakeholders

• You will build fast, accessible, and reliable interfaces that help people complete important tasks with confidence.
• Build and maintain React/Next.js interfaces using the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS)
• Translate design prototypes into standards-compliant, reusable components
• Partner with designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features on a two-week sprint cycle
• Own accessibility — Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 compliance are requirements, not afterthoughts
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests; participate in code review via GitLab
• Support multilingual interfaces, including Spanish, as the platform expands globally
• Ship to production at least once per sprint
