About the role

  • Monitor sales activities on a regular basis to ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain regular coordination with distributor(s) in the assigned region
  • Ensure continuity by jointly tracking order, stock, and delivery processes with the distributor
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product and solution recommendations
  • Prepare regular reports on visits, stock levels, orders, and campaign performance
  • Monitor promotion, activity, and field expense budgets for the assigned region and customers in line with company policies
  • Manage resource utilization with a focus on budget efficiency (planning, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and improvement recommendations)

Requirements

  • At least a high school graduate (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of FMCG field sales experience
  • Experienced in budget management and reporting, with strong knowledge of current market dynamics
  • Knowledgeable in merchandising processes and in-store applications
  • Proficient in reporting tools, especially MS Excel
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and strong planning skills
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Holder of a Class B driver’s license and able to actively drive
