About the role
- Monitor sales activities on a regular basis to ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Maintain regular coordination with distributor(s) in the assigned region
- Ensure continuity by jointly tracking order, stock, and delivery processes with the distributor
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product and solution recommendations
- Prepare regular reports on visits, stock levels, orders, and campaign performance
- Monitor promotion, activity, and field expense budgets for the assigned region and customers in line with company policies
- Manage resource utilization with a focus on budget efficiency (planning, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and improvement recommendations)
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG field sales experience
- Experienced in budget management and reporting, with strong knowledge of current market dynamics
- Knowledgeable in merchandising processes and in-store applications
- Proficient in reporting tools, especially MS Excel
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and strong planning skills
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Holder of a Class B driver’s license and able to actively drive
