About the role
- Accountable for achieving monthly sales targets for Klüber Lubrication products
- Ensure the CRM Opportunity pipeline is adequately filled
- Implement strategy for General Industry
- Monitor customer visits and ensure CRM discipline
- Maximize conversion of leads generated by Marketing
- Inculcate culture of Value selling
- Collaborate with Market Managers for growth
- Ensure timely collection of payments from partners
- Support and motivate channel partner's engineers
- Focus on OEMs and organize seminars, tech days
- Emphasize Energy efficiency projects and sustainability
- Cater to and develop dedicated sales area.
Requirements
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Chemical
- 15 years of Industrial lubricants sales experience.
