About the role

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory
  • Strategic mindset: Curiosity, collaboration adaptability: you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change
  • Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation
  • Strong communicator: you are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs
  • Domain knowledge: exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus
  • Native level fluency in German is a must.
