About the role

- Hunt & Prospect: Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting. Travel, as required, to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory
- Strategic mindset: Curiosity, collaboration adaptability: you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change
- Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation
- Strong communicator: you are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs
- Domain knowledge: exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus
- Native level fluency in German is a must.
