About the role
- Deliver aggressive top-line revenue growth by driving new business through scalable, repeatable, structured go to market processes.
- Ensure the SLED vertical strategy is successfully implemented across the region, delivering regional financial target attainment.
- Build and lead a team of high performing Account Executives known for closing large deals in the SLED sectors and consistently exceeding quotas.
- Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy that will accelerate revenue growth from the SLED vertical.
- Cultivate executive relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven software sales experience with domain knowledge across SLED sectors.
- 5 to 7+ years managing quota carrying software or technology sales professionals.
- Extensive understanding of emerging CX, ITSM, CRM industry trends, including channels and key players in the competitive landscape.
- 4-year university degree required (Bachelor’s).
- Preferred: Experience leading a team of specialized account executives as a vertical sales organization interfacing with geographic hunting teams focused on a multi-product portfolio.
