Report to the Lead Commercial Analyst and collaborate closely with Engineers, other Analysts, and Commercial teams.
Turn complex analyses into compelling, actionable insights and persuade stakeholders to act on findings.
Develop metrics from complex commercial, product, and customer workflows to identify opportunities and inform decision-making at all levels.
Automate reports and metrics to provide timely, intervention-free data access; build and maintain data modelling and pipelines.
Dive into various tools, set them up to extract needed insights, and stay aligned with operational processes as commercial and marketing teams change.
Work primarily from the office four days per week with flexibility to work remotely one day.
Requirements
Proven experience in developing and implementing growth analytics strategies with commercial, marketing, sales, or product teams.
Expertise in transforming complex analyses into persuasive insights for decision-making.
Advanced skills in data analysis, particularly with SQL.
Familiarity with data modelling practices and pipeline development.
Extensive experience with BI/visualisation tools.
Experience working with cloud data warehouses.

(Added bonus) Experience with Fivetran, Prefect, Snowflake, and Periscope.
(Added bonus) Familiarity with writing ETL pipelines using SQL and Python, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
