About the role
- Manage outbound sales activity to qualify and develop prospects into Partners
- Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches
- Present, promote, and sell Fresha’s products and services through product demos
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Provide feedback on industry trends to enhance offerings
- Engage qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM
- Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Fluent in Swedish, and English.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- A true hunter and relationship builder.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.
- Added Bonus: Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
