About the role

  • Manage outbound sales activity to qualify and develop prospects into Partners
  • Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha’s products and services through product demos
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback on industry trends to enhance offerings
  • Engage qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent in Swedish, and English.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • A true hunter and relationship builder.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.
  • Added Bonus: Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
