About the role

  • Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective clients
  • Qualify seller leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
  • Maintain and manage a daily pipeline of leads inside our CRM system
  • Build rapport with homeowners to overcome objections and encourage engagement
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for our Acquisitions team to present offers
  • Determine which leads are ready to engage and prioritize efforts accordingly
  • Attend training meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Perform administrative tasks and special projects that support the sales team
