About the role
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Qualify seller leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
- Maintain and manage a daily pipeline of leads inside our CRM system
- Build rapport with homeowners to overcome objections and encourage engagement
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for our Acquisitions team to present offers
- Determine which leads are ready to engage and prioritize efforts accordingly
- Attend training meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
- Perform administrative tasks and special projects that support the sales team

- Strong background in sales or business with a track record of results.
