About the role

  • Managing all internal reporting and company metrics
  • Monthly Job Costing Reports
  • Quarterly Sales Tax Reports
  • Profit and Loss statements
  • Commission reports
  • Controlling credit card access and payments
  • Support other departments’ spend requirements
  • Contractor payments
  • Identifying high spend areas and negotiating with vendors
  • Ensuring we are billed correctly and consistently by the printers
  • Responding to all printer inquiries regarding pricing and payment
  • Finding new ways to improve and take ownership over projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience, Finance related preferred
  • Experience with creating reports on a regular basis
  • Some experience with Excel
  • MySQL experience is a bonus!
  • Clear written and verbal communication
