- Understand the requirements of the CM role and find candidates who would be an ideal fit.
- Ensure leads meet specific criteria related to stream of studies, graduation year, and relevance for Fresh Prints' custom apparel business.
- Communicate regularly with the team on progress and flag any challenges or insights.
- Maintain data accuracy and timely updates in lead databases.
- Collaborate with the manager to improve sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
- 1+ years of High volume recruiting experience
- 1+ years of outbound sales or marketing experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
