About the role

  • Build and manage your own pipeline, with a focus on small to mid-sized clinic partners.
  • Meet and exceed acquisition targets (starting with 10 clinics per quarter, and scaling up), ensuring long-term value for both the clinic and Fresh.
  • Communicate the full value of Fresh - from pricing and programs to compliance, support, and growth.
  • Conduct discovery, manage objections, and close deals with clarity and care.
  • Stay accountable through HubSpot, keeping your activity visible, measurable, and consistently optimised.
  • Work closely with marketing, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clinics.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or account executive roles, ideally in SaaS, aesthetics, or health-related services.
  • You’re comfortable with outreach at scale and bring structure to your sales process.
  • You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and navigate conversations with empathy and confidence.
  • You use tools like HubSpot to stay on top of your pipeline and keep things moving.
  • You stay focused and optimistic in a fast-moving environment where results matter.
  • You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and looking to progress into senior roles in time.
