About the role

  • Directs and oversees regional sales activities to meet or exceed regional sales goals and objectives
  • Leads operational efforts through subordinates to ensure effective achievement of goals
  • Directly controls the broad activities of Sales Managers through the implementation of company-wide policies
  • Evaluates markets and customers to identify and develop opportunities that will increase sales
  • Develops and implements a Regional Business Plan to maximize sales goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales required
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams

  • Strong project management skills.
