About the role

  • Utilizes knowledge of the clinics, the admissions process and the various supporting programs.
  • Promotes services to patients and external customers.
  • Facilitates admissions ensuring each patient receives a superior admission experience.
  • Builds and maintains referral source relationships and develops strong partnerships.
  • Conducts market analysis and develops quarterly marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2 – 5 years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with no experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and cultivate productive relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
