About the role
- Utilizes knowledge of the clinics, the admissions process and the various supporting programs.
- Promotes services to patients and external customers.
- Facilitates admissions ensuring each patient receives a superior admission experience.
- Builds and maintains referral source relationships and develops strong partnerships.
- Conducts market analysis and develops quarterly marketing plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2 – 5 years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with no experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and cultivate productive relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
