About the role
- Lead all daily contract operations including Capital and Software contracting
- Own day-to-day contract operations for Capital Equipment and service plans
- Manage bids/RFIs/RFPs in collaboration with Commercial teams
- Support Senior Management with departmental strategies and SOP development
- Act as a primary liaison across cross-functional teams for contract execution
- Prepare for internal/external quality and supplier audits
- Ensure setup and maintenance of customer-specific pricing in ERP systems
- Develop recurring operational reports and KPI’s
- Drive continuous improvement of Contract Marketing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years related experience in Healthcare or related industries (Med Tech, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical preferred)
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with effective use of data tools
- Leadership capabilities in high-pressure environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Intermediate to advanced skillset with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
