Backend Engineer

• Develop reliable and scalable backend services on Python for our IoT devices and mobile clients across ~20 Lambda-based microservices (Python 3.14, AWS CDK, aws-lambda-powertools) covering device control, cooking sessions, media, recipes, auth, AI and more
• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
• Execute cloud-to-cloud integrations with new partners
• Be on shift looking after the platform, frequency: 1 week every 4-5 weeks (Remunerated)
• Stay up-to-date with innovations and changes in the industry

• Keep AWS spend honest: right-size memory/timeout configs, eliminate wasteful invocation patterns
• Grow the team's skills through mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other technical initiatives

Business Development Rep

• Own and deliver against ambitious new business targets
• Identify, engage, and close partnerships with appliance manufacturers, retailers, OEMs, and ecosystem players across key market segments
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.
• Translate Fresco’s strategy into a focused business development plan, prioritising high-ROI opportunities that balance near-term revenue with long-term strategic value
• Refine Fresco’s commercial positioning, value proposition, and engagement models in collaboration with leadership
• In collaboration with Finance, build a robust, high-quality pipeline with clear visibility, accurate forecasting, and disciplined deal progression
• Work closely with leadership, prioritising focus and collaboration with Solution Engineering to shape solutions
• Ensure a seamless transition from deal close to onboarding and long-term partner success
• Establish processes, playbooks, and structure required to build and scale the Business Development function
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
