About the role

  • Design and develop backend solutions using C# and .NET
  • Write, optimize and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures and data models
  • Analyze and improve database performance, indexing and query execution plans
  • Work with large datasets to support reporting, integrations and business logic
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Contribute to system architecture with a strong focus on data flow and database design

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience (or 3+ years for very strong candidates)
  • Front-end experience (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus but not required
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills (critical): writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs)
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Stored procedures and database design
  • Strong skills in C# and .NET
  • Experience with data-intensive applications or systems
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
