About the role

  • Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater treatment projects across Oklahoma
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide senior technical direction and quality oversight for complex studies, designs, and deliverables
  • Coordinate multi-discipline teams and resources to keep work moving with continuity, consistency, and quality
  • Make independent engineering decisions on methods and approaches, adapting advanced techniques to project needs
  • Stay current on applicable regulations and treatment technology trends and apply them to project solutions
  • Support project setup through closeout, including contract administration and coordination with subconsultants as needed
  • Mentor and guide engineers and technical staff through coaching, review, and day-to-day technical leadership

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • 8+ years of related engineering experience
  • Experience leading municipal water and wastewater treatment projects as a project manager or project technical lead (preferred)
  • Experience coordinating project teams across disciplines and offices (preferred)
  • Experience serving as engineer of record and sealing treatment-related deliverables, as applicable (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Oklahoma regulatory environment, permitting, and stakeholder coordination for treatment projects (preferred)
