About the role
- Oversee analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports
- Manage complex, multi-discipline treatment plant projects and teams
- Must have proven skills in treatment process studies, and construction contract administration and management
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering required
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering desired
- 12+ years of related water and wastewater treatment experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong presentation and sales skills
- Oklahoma, Kansas, or Arkansas Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to become licensed within 6 months)
