About the role
- Proactive management and development of our existing customers
- Personal, respectful, peer-level customer contact
- Accurate documentation and maintenance of all customer interactions in HubSpot
- Optimization of existing Customer Happiness and service processes
- Onboarding of new customers, including individualized support
- Identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the Sales & Product teams
- Collecting, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback
- Proactive thinking, contributing, and improving — not just 'working through tasks'
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Customer Success, Customer Happiness, Account Management, or Service
- Ideally experience in staffing/personnel services, recruiting, or freelancing
- Enjoyment of genuine customer contact and relationship-building
- Structured work approach and enthusiasm for process optimization
- Experience with HubSpot
- Strong communication skills; empathetic and solution-oriented
- Enthusiasm for topics such as New Work, work–life balance, and modern work environments
