Intern (m/f/d) – Online Marketing

• You will support us in implementing our online marketing strategy and make the expertise of our FreeMOMs visible.
• You will research and create new, creative content for our content platform on topics such as work–life balance and New Work.
• You will assist in managing, maintaining, and executing our social media channels and campaigns.
• You will optimize our website content to help us achieve top rankings in search engines.
• You will build effective marketing funnels to attract new leads for us.

Intern (Compulsory Internship) – Online Marketing

Accountant

• Independent work in ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Reviewing, assigning and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Recording bank and cash transactions and supporting payment processing in accordance with internal approval workflows
• Performing account reconciliations (general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and, if applicable, intercompany accounts)
• Supporting preparatory tasks for month-end and year-end closings (e.g. reconciliations, document compilation)
• Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system
• Assisting with VAT- and sales-tax-related queries, in particular through document review and preparatory work
• Clearing open items and coordinating with internal departments
• Handling general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing and supporting processes

Accountant – Part-time

Bookkeeper

• Independent contribution to ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
• Reviewing, matching, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Recording bank and cash transactions and assisting with payment processing in accordance with internal approval procedures
• Performing account reconciliations (general ledger accounts, receivables, payables, and, if applicable, intercompany)
• Supporting preparatory tasks for monthly and annual financial statements (e.g., reconciliations, document compilation)
• Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system
• Assisting with VAT-related matters, particularly through invoice review and preparatory work
• Resolving outstanding items and coordinating with internal departments
• Performing general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and process support
