Group Accountant – Konsolidierung

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements as well as quarterly and annual reporting
• Maintenance and further development of existing consolidation processes
• Integration of new entities into the group structure
• Development and harmonization of reporting standards and data structures
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes and workflows
• Collaboration with national and international stakeholders
• Support for international entities on reporting and consolidation matters

Group Accountant – Consolidation

Bookkeeper

• Independent participation in ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Review, allocation and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Recording of bank and cash transactions and support in payment processing according to internal authorization procedures
• Performing account reconciliations (general ledger accounts, receivables, payables and, where applicable, intercompany accounts)
• Support for preparatory activities for month-end and year-end closings (e.g., reconciliations, document compilation)
• Maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system
• Assistance with VAT-related matters, in particular invoice/document review and provision of supporting information
• Clearing of open items and coordination with internal departments
• Handling general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing and support for processes

Accounting – Part-time (from 20 hours/week)

• Eigenständige Mitarbeit in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit Schwerpunkt auf Debitoren- und Kreditorenvorgängen
• Prüfung, Zuordnung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• Erfassung von Bank- und Kassenbewegungen sowie Mitwirkung im Zahlungsverkehr gemäß interner Freigabeprozesse
• Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen (Sachkonten, Debitoren, Kreditoren sowie ggf. Intercompany)
• Unterstützung bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (z. B. Abstimmungen, Belegzusammenstellung)
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
• Mitwirkung bei umsatzsteuerlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere durch Belegprüfung und Zuarbeiten
• Klärung offener Posten sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
• Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben, inkl. Dokumentation, Ablage und Unterstützung bei Prozessen
