About the role
- Functional leadership of the Financial Accounting / Accounting Solutions domain for the target customer groups SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and the public sector.
- You are responsible for the subject-matter and content direction of the software products and cloud services required for the customer process.
- Development of user journeys, strategy and target visions is in your hands.
- You identify decision needs and drive decisions.
- You elaborate customer and market requirements.
- Processes and organizational aspects within the area fall under your responsibility.
- You take responsibility for subject-matter and methodological knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- You bring several years of professional leadership experience and strong process expertise in financial accounting.
- You possess entrepreneurial, strategic, business-management and subject-matter/methodological competencies.
- You are characterized by high effectiveness and audience-appropriate communication in stakeholder management as well as in decision-making and prioritization within complex settings.
- You have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of DATEV solutions in the accounting area.
- You use AI tools confidently.
- Your structured and solution-oriented working style, high initiative, capacity for reflection, flexibility, willingness to further develop, empathy and conflict-management skills round off your profile.
