About the role
- - Manage professional email inboxes, coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointment setting and follow-ups.
- - Maintain accurate CRM records, track tasks and activities, and prepare basic reports and trackers.
- - Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, assist with intake processes, and route requests as needed.
- - Prepare presentations and documents, support invoicing and payment follow-ups when required, and assist with general operational tasks.
