• - Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.

Sales Team Coordinator

Product Manager

• Create and get buy-in to the product strategy that identifies and solves the most important customer and business problems. Define a product roadmap that effectively balances short-term commercial goals with long-term vision.
• Collaborate with the Product Designer, Product Analyst and Engineers to execute on the product roadmap, setting up processes that empower the team to be maximally effective. Be relentlessly outcome oriented to ensure the business delivers on its goals.
• Invest in amplifying the voice of the customer within Freddies, ensuring that our decisions are rooted in qualitative and quantitative insight. Manage and train the Product Analyst to find and present actionable insights.
• Work with the Product Designer to optimise the user experience of the product, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable customer journey from landing on the site and subscribing, to receiving deliveries and managing subscriptions. Blend best practices with targeted experimentation that will maximise the website’s performance against conversion, customer retention and LTV.
• Ensure we’re following ecom best practice across the gifting experience to continue to grow this area of the business.
• Be responsible for creating detailed product specs to ensure smooth collaboration with Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering Leads to define the technical vision that underpins the product roadmap.
• Prioritise and balance feature delivery with platform scalability, performance, and tech debt reduction.
• Work closely with teams across the company, aligning product development with marketing, customer support, and other key functions e.g.
• The marketing team to optimise customer acquisition, retention, and LTV along the full customer journey.
• The customer support team to reduce inbound customer contacts and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate the product strategy, roadmap progress and product performance to the entire organisation.
• Conduct and leverage competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats (and adjust product strategy accordingly).
• Make sure we’re getting the most out of our product analytics systems that support data driven decision-making.

Lead Product Manager

• We’re looking for a highly organised, energetic, and social individual to join Freddie’s Flowers Sales Management Team in Bristol. This is a dynamic role at the heart of our growth, combining day-to-day operations with canvasser recruitment, and team-building.
• As part of the Sales Management Team, you’ll ensure our face-to-face sales shifts run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the Sales Development Lead and Event Coordinator to keep everything on track. You’ll also take full ownership of our canvasser recruitment pipeline - sourcing, interviewing, and hiring brilliant new people to join the Freddie’s Flowers F2F team.
• This isn’t a desk-only role - you’ll be out and about, talking to people, sharing what makes us special, and bringing in the right people to help us grow.
• Responsibilities:

• Work closely with canvassers, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.
• Being a first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors with anything logistic/shift related.
• Proactively sourcing amazing new team members across Bristol and beyond.
• Posting and sharing job roles on social media and online to drive applications.
• Tapping into your network - chatting with friends, contacts and potential candidates with energy and enthusiasm.
• Calling, screening, and onboarding new applicants.
• Keeping track of your outreach, applications, and progress to ensure our recruitment pipeline is managed excellently.
• Occasional weekend work will be required.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent the brand with energy and enthusiasm through face-to-face interactions
• Grow customer base by promoting regular flower deliveries and inspiring people to give the service a try
• Work across Bristol at buzzing locations and exciting events across the South West
• Ride company e-bikes to reach customers (confidence on two wheels required)
• Collaborate with an on-the-ground team of brand ambassadors
• Attend team socials and training as required
• Work scheduled shifts (3-4 shifts/week, 6-hour shifts; Wed–Sun options)

• Represent the Freddie’s Flowers brand in face-to-face interactions to grow the customer base
• Share the benefits of regular flower deliveries and inspire people to try the service
• Work across Bristol at buzzing locations and events across the South West
• Ride company e-bikes; confidence on two wheels is required
• Work alongside a team of brand ambassadors and attend regular team socials
• Shift pattern: 3-4 shifts per week, 6 hour shifts; Wednesday - Sunday (choose days)
• Commission-based pay with Daily OTE £105 - £280; paid weekly one week in arrears

Face-to-Face Sales Representative

• Represent the brand with energy and enthusiasm through face-to-face interactions
• Grow the customer base by promoting regular flower deliveries and inspiring trial
• Engage customers at buzzing London locations and exciting events across the country
• Ride company e-bikes while conducting outreach (confidence on two wheels required)
• Work alongside a team of brand ambassadors
• Work 3-4+ shifts per week, 6-hour shifts; choose days Monday–Sunday
• Operate as a self-employed, commission-based ambassador
