Customer Success Manager

• Support activities under the GEOINT Director
• Generate analytic products and reports in support of customers’ needs and requirements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to customers via ad-hoc and structured training for working with and leveraging Fraym Data
• Work closely with customers, understanding their mission and workflows, to proactively provide support
• Gather specific technical and data requirements to translate customer needs to Fraym engineers and data scientists
• Generate use cases and data user stories, illustrating Fraym’s value proposition
