About the role

  • Support end-to-end processes of learning & development interventions
  • Collaborate strongly with stakeholders & team in executing the talent & Learning strategy
  • Create innovative, effective learning solutions with leading-edge learning technology and methods
  • Prepare and monitor the ongoing LMS and learning activities report
  • Verify information received from stakeholders for system analysis and application
  • Monitor and proceed with staff records and database management
  • Develop and review Learning Road Map, courses and deliver ongoing training

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experiences in Learning & Development Field
  • Must have knowledge skills of how to deal with Ministry of Social Development
  • English proficiency is a must (Spoken & Written)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to identify issues and propose effective solutions related to learning and development challenges or engagement issues
  • Ability to collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness, employee engagement, and other HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learning and development programs and engagement initiatives simultaneously
  • Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic, positive attitude and result oriented.
