About the role
- Support end-to-end processes of learning & development interventions
- Collaborate strongly with stakeholders & team in executing the talent & Learning strategy
- Create innovative, effective learning solutions with leading-edge learning technology and methods
- Prepare and monitor the ongoing LMS and learning activities report
- Verify information received from stakeholders for system analysis and application
- Monitor and proceed with staff records and database management
- Develop and review Learning Road Map, courses and deliver ongoing training
Requirements
- At least 2 years experiences in Learning & Development Field
- Must have knowledge skills of how to deal with Ministry of Social Development
- English proficiency is a must (Spoken & Written)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to identify issues and propose effective solutions related to learning and development challenges or engagement issues
- Ability to collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness, employee engagement, and other HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learning and development programs and engagement initiatives simultaneously
- Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic, positive attitude and result oriented.
