About the role
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Assist in executing shopping mall promotions and redemption programmes.
- Supervise a team of Customer Service Officers.
- Plan and manage manpower at customer service counter.
- Develop training schedules and coach new team members.
- Manage feedback and complaints from tenants and shoppers professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service counter area.
- Provide administrative support to the Management Office as assigned.
Requirements
- Customer centric personality and positive attitude.
- Prior Customer Service Supervisor experience in retail mall preferred.
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work 6 days a week, retail hours and shift work.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
