About the role

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Assist in executing shopping mall promotions and redemption programmes.
  • Supervise a team of Customer Service Officers.
  • Plan and manage manpower at customer service counter.
  • Develop training schedules and coach new team members.
  • Manage feedback and complaints from tenants and shoppers professionally.

Requirements

  • Customer centric personality and positive attitude.
  • Prior Customer Service Supervisor experience in retail mall preferred.
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work 6 days a week, retail hours and shift work.
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
