Define and execute QA strategies that align with business goals and technical requirements
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems
Build and maintain automated test solutions to improve efficiency and test coverage
Validate data integrity, system interactions, and third-party integrations
Identify, track, and support resolution of defects and production issues
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure usability, performance, and reliability
Champion QA best practices and contribute to scalable, repeatable testing frameworks

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
Experience testing web applications, APIs, and integrated systems
Experience working in Agile environments and supporting both projects and BAU operations
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with data validation and SQL is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
