• Edit investigative reports for quality and compliance
• Conduct covert surveillance and activity checks for investigations
• Capture and document video footage and complete reports with timestamps
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal/ethical guidelines
• Adapt to irregular hours as investigations require
• Attend and testify at hearings when necessary
