About the role
- Process transactions and keep financial records accurate and up to date
- Posting invoices, reconciling open items, monitoring outstanding payments, clarifying payment differences
- Posting bank entries, reconciling accounts, executing payment runs, handling petty cash and reimbursements
- Preparing simple reports (expenses, balances) and supporting monthly and annual financial statements in line with HGB/US-GAAP
- Filing and organizing financial documents and liaising with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in accounting (accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping basics)
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems (Oracle or comparable)
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, good communication skills, and discretion in handling confidential data
