About the role

  • Full responsibility for employee lifecycle processes — from recruitment through onboarding, development and offboarding.
  • Strategic HR consulting and support for the Managing Directors of two divisions (FS and HS).
  • Ensure compliance with standardized HR processes and harmonize local implementations across Germany.
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, organizational and talent development, training, employer branding and recruitment.
  • Responsibility for HR administration, including payroll, contracts, time tracking and management of the company pension scheme.
  • Implement the HR strategy at local level and perform necessary follow-ups.
  • Further develop an employer branding strategy to attract top talent and promote long-term employee retention.
  • Oversee and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Main point of contact for local works councils and ensure a trusting, cooperative relationship with employee representatives.
  • Advise management, leaders and employees on labor law and other HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner with people management responsibility.
  • Solid knowledge of works council legislation and experience in constructive collaboration with works councils (Betriebsverfassungsrecht).
  • Confident handling of labor law issues and HR processes.
  • Strong advisory skills, excellent communication abilities and a professional presence.
  • Relevant experience in change management, transformations and post-acquisition integrations is a strong plus.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
