  • Provide local market insights and a strong country perspective to support consumer-focused planning and strategy development
  • Keep showrooms up to date with the latest products and innovations, showcasing HS capabilities in collaboration with central and local product teams
  • Plan and deliver local events, prioritizing owned spaces (showrooms) and leveraging global guidelines and communication assets
  • Work closely with cluster Product Management to coordinate new product launches and ensure communication assets are delivered on time

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a global or international environment
  • Strong customer and consumer orientation, with the ability to balance internal and external stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven effectiveness when working with product management, sales teams, and customers

  • Solid digital marketing skillset, including social media and web analytics
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and excellent command of the local language

  • Exposure to international stakeholders and best-in-class marketing practices
  • A dynamic, collaborative commercial environment where your ideas matter
