About the role

  • Plan and execute marketing activities – including landing page creation, newsletter campaigns, and other on-site promotions
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and timing
  • Analyze campaign performance and webshop KPIs (traffic, conversion, order value) to recommend improvements
  • Support e-commerce projects and learn how our ERP/webshop systems enable growth
  • Contribute to pricing, discount, and campaign discussions from a performance and growth perspective
  • Explore opportunities for e-commerce visibility
  • Analyze growth opportunities and identify new ways to drive adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics
  • Hands-on experience with landing pages, newsletters, and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics (conversion, order value, retention) and ability to connect them to business outcomes
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, and analytics platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Keen interest in combining business growth with technology
  • Excellent English communication skills
