About the role
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team
- Deliver data-driven analyses that inform key decisions
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Support M&A evaluation and integration activities
- Operationalize analytical insights into repeatable processes
- Partner with the CFO and COO to prepare board-ready materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure strategic analyses are grounded in consistent financial data
Requirements
- Prior professional experience working in investment banking and/or private equity investment firms
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to design and operationalize new processes
- Process-oriented mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- MBA from a top-tier program (preferred)
- Direct experience at a PE-backed SaaS company (preferred)
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) (preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms commonly used in SaaS finance and operations (preferred)
