About the role
- Strategy & Product: You analyze the market (marketing agencies) and, together with management, develop tailored white‑label offerings and product packages.
- New Client Acquisition: You proactively identify and win new agency partners through cold outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email) and other creative sales channels.
- Full-cycle Sales: You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial contact and needs analysis, through strategic consulting, to successful contract closing.
- Relationship Management: You nurture existing leads and contacts, understand agencies' pain points, and position us as a solutions provider on equal footing.
- Build-out: You develop and implement sustainable sales processes (CRM, reporting) and establish the structures for a future team.
Requirements
- Sales DNA: You have proven success in B2B sales, are comfortable with cold outreach, and demonstrate a strong closing drive.
- Marketing Understanding: You bring solid marketing experience, ideally from an agency environment.
- Strategic Thinking: You do more than follow scripts — you can advise CEOs and marketing leaders strategically on their objectives.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You work independently and proactively, and have the ambition to shape your area and drive it to success.
- Strong Communication: You are reliable, negotiation‑savvy, and a natural networker.
