About the role

  • Lead our worldwide Compensation and Benefits functions
  • Develop and lead a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with the firm’s business priorities
  • Oversee global compensation program design, including equity analytics and pay transparency frameworks
  • Guide compensation modeling, scenario planning, and budgeting in partnership with Finance
  • Lead global benefits strategies evaluating competitiveness and cost effectiveness
  • Drive global HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Implement streamlined, technology-enabled workflows to support professional services process maturity
  • Maintain expertise in regulatory requirements across global markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience leading global Total Rewards functions (Compensation, Benefits and Wellness)
  • Experience administering and optimizing Workday for compensation and benefits functions
  • Demonstrated success leading complex compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Proven ability to present to senior leadership and partner committees with clarity, influence, and strategic insight
  • Track record of driving process improvement, operational excellence, and systems modernization within an evolving HR environment
