About the role
- Lead our worldwide Compensation and Benefits functions
- Develop and lead a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with the firm’s business priorities
- Oversee global compensation program design, including equity analytics and pay transparency frameworks
- Guide compensation modeling, scenario planning, and budgeting in partnership with Finance
- Lead global benefits strategies evaluating competitiveness and cost effectiveness
- Drive global HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Implement streamlined, technology-enabled workflows to support professional services process maturity
- Maintain expertise in regulatory requirements across global markets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience leading global Total Rewards functions (Compensation, Benefits and Wellness)
- Experience administering and optimizing Workday for compensation and benefits functions
- Demonstrated success leading complex compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries
- Proven ability to present to senior leadership and partner committees with clarity, influence, and strategic insight
- Track record of driving process improvement, operational excellence, and systems modernization within an evolving HR environment
